I have to update my review. I contacted their (Skins/Forever Flawless) customer service and she was sincerely interested in helping me. Maybe it was her Midwestern ethics or maybe a combination of her goodness and the company showing they do have a conscience. But I am amazed, happy and relieved with their ultimate decision to issue me a refund. I really hope they will reconsider the high pressure approach. If they used Heather's approach of sincere kindness along with a decent, true price, they'd sell like hot cakes.
By the way, Heather gets 5 stars. But the original experience earned a 1 star, so I averaged the two together.
