Lovely store. We went in to register for our upcoming wedding and were not approached by a single associate the entire time we walked around. After making several selections I approached an associate who was behind the desk and asked to begin a registry, she seemed immediately annoyed and dismissive. Eventually someone from the back came out and was pleasant and explained that you register by downloading the west elm app. We opted to take pictures of the items of interest and complete the registry at home due to the frustrating customer service experience, definitely disappointing for something as fun and special as making a wedding registry.
