If you want to cancel your service you cannot do it by phone or email. They won't even send you an email with a form to fill out that you can send back to them. So if you want to cancel and you have moved you have to fly to a 24hr fitness to cancel your service? When you sign up they make you pay first and last month. So you have already paid for your last month, even if you do not attend. I was fine with this policy and I certainly understand it. But not allowing me to cancel seems a bit ridiculous. Decent gym, bad policy. I spoke to Frank one of the managers and this is what he told me. Hopefully someone takes note of this and makes a change. Very disappointing.
