  • I wonder if Thai Rama's management team knows that they take the phone off the hook and set it on the counter during busy hours. This leads me to believe that they may be understaffed. And maybe they're missing a lot of business. I was on hold for about 10 minutes I was told that they would be back in a second or two. The guy never came back. After 10 minutes I hung up and called again. Busy signal. No surprise. Easy way to lose customers for life.
