  • I have come here maybe 4x total for hair and 5x for nails. Nails excellent service. Hair always gets over fried and ends up the wrong tone. I always get beige pink tone when I'm asking for purple or blue toner. So I hate the tone. Last time I went I gave 100% tip cash and also gave tip on the card. But the lady over processed my hair and the past few months it's been breaking off and gummy. It's horrible. My hair was long and now she had cut it a cute short cut but the fact that it's fried really upsets me. It's going to take me a year to grow back. I asked if she can just not charge me next time bc my hair pretty much is all breaking off to 1 inch only which ruins my life. I asked if she would do only highlight/low light foil instead of bleaching and toning al of it as once next time. Anyway she said she will have to ask and it made me feel so lame esp since I paid such huge tips each time so I am not going back there for hair. That being said the salon is gorgeous and the nail is perfect and the people r nice.
