  • I've been a long time customer of Autonation and this is how they treat their customers. Called on Monday to get a quote for service. Girl answered said she'd give my info to a service advisor for a call back. It's Tuesday still nobody returned my call. I called again on Tuesday and said I called on Monday for a quote. Girl says they are all "busy" so that's why you haven't received a call back. I asked to speak to the manager. She puts me on hold for 15-20 minutes, comes back and said she tried "very hard" to find a manager. I asked how long I had to wait before I get a call back. She says if they don't call back by tomorrow, call back. Ok, wait THREE DAYS for JUST a call back. Today is Wednesday and STILL no call back. I've since called another company, got my quote within an hour AND I will be receiving service on Friday as I was hoping!
