  • I only gave this two stars because the selection was decent and they also offer terrariums for reptiles. Where they were lacking was in customer service. From what we could gather, there were two people working on a Saturday afternoon. We had questions about a plant we wanted to purchase, however the one guy inside was so busy flirting with a woman, who had no plants in her hands, that we could not get him to step away to answer a quick question. When we went outside the cashier was nowhere to be found, so they lost our business as far as plants go. We did purchase a branch for our terrarium. When we went outside, there were two people in line ahead of us and the cashier was nowhere to be found. It took several minutes for him to surface and when he did he was not very cordial. Customer service is key. We will not be back.
