  • These guys are the ONLY people I trust with my car. I bought my 2015 Altima 2 years ago with Jenny. She was so fun and let me drive each car I had questions about. She wasn't pushy at all and actually made the experience really fun as It was my first "grown up" purchase. Once It came time to sign the papers, she brought me a little box of chocolates as a congratulations. Then when my plates weren't in on time, she drove to my house in downtown Phoenix and put them on my car herself (obviously with my permission). I bring my car in regularly to this dealer specifically because of how they treat me like a friend rather than a customer. My technician drove me to enterprise himself when my car was taking a little longer than expected. This place is seriously the best and I cannot say any more good things about Pinnacle Nissan.
