  • My family bought season passes for the second year in a row. Several of our friends have as well so there is always someone to go with. Yesterday at the water park, our friend was getting some chairs and was verbally abused and berated by a large man and his family. After security was called, they failed to do anything and would not address the issue nor review security videos. We demanded a full refund for our passes which after much negotiation the park finally granted. Our families were in fear and had to be escorted to our cars by park security. Beware of the people that you may run into and do not count on the park to take control of your safety.
