  • Came here for the ONE and ONLY Pastrami sandwich!!!! I enjoyed my lunch very much and the best part is, You can order a Half size of the sandwich!!!! YES :D There is no way I could eat a whole one... I did have a few Yelp friends who had been here prior (Michael C, Clarence A, and Cherie T), so that was great to read their reviews/pictures first, I bookmarked it, and I am happy to say it was on my "top 10 To Eat" list in Vegas, luckily I was also staying at the Mirage which made it more convenient for me as well. On my visit, I did look over the menu, but I still wanted the Pastrami, so I picked the half sandwich and soup combo for lunch. Let me just say, I have never had Matzo ball soup in my life and it was soooooooo DELICIOUS, I loved the broth!!! I am very happy I ordered that because it complimented the sandwich perfectly. I am a Pastrami lover, meat lover, and I thought the sandwich was great, simple, flavorful. Rye bread, lots and lots of Pastrami, then I added on deli mustard. My lunch also came with 2 pickles and an Iced tea for a total of $13.75. That was such a great price!!! You order at the register, they give you a #, go sit at any table, and your server will bring you your food/drink. I was very full and satisfied, my server was friendly, would love to come back again to Carnegie's deli :) Had a great experience! Next time, I'll get the Corned beef sandwich with Matzo ball soup ;)
