1 because zero isn't an option. Worst experience shopping in years. Called to verify a car battery was in stock...it was..."you can buy online and pick it up at the store"....did that. Couldnt pick mit up because the store couldnt find my oreder (2 hours later) cashier was rude...asked for the manager...he was worse. He actually told me it would have been smarter to just come in and that he would never shop online. BTW there were many batteries like the one I paid for 3 feet away from me. Now...hold for 20 min to cancel my order.."it will take 7 to 10 days to proccesss. Sorry for the inconvenience." LOL it took 30 seconds to take my money, and e-mail me a reciept b ut the company doesnt speak to its own stores that fast? Weak....I am done with Sears
