  • I had the worst experience with a manager down there, her name is Michelle. I have never seen a manager whose attitude is more important than customer service. Maybe if she wasn't busy flirting with her employees she could have helped us more. We come here all the time and if I see her working we will just leave from now on and go to another theater. If you go in and see her working I highly recommend leaving because she doesn't care if the customer is unhappy or if you have a problem in your theater because you would be more likely to hit the powerball than have her help you.
