  • I called Carolina Plumbing Pros when the toilet backed up into the stall shower next to it. Stefan came out immediately to survey the situation, resolve the clog and then proceeded to investigate the cause of the problem. He was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions, and spent plenty of time educating me about the major project that needed to be done outside of the house to fix the toilet. Within a very short amount of time, Randy came out, pipes were replaced and new grass seed was planted. We also had a handful of other items that needed to be taken care of and again, everything was done timely and professionally. Both men were a pleasure to work with and have in the house... under circumstances that were not so pleasant! I would call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
