  • I don't think there is such thing as a good ISP, but I don't think you can get worse than Cox. I've had them in Tucson, Phoenix, and Chandler and each spot was terrible. Patchy service, constant outages, and whenever I contact service things seem to get worse shortly after. Sad thing is there is really no other option
