  • I was a bit concerned when I saw that there were no reviews for Ideal Jewelers. It is close to home so I went anyway. I was pleasantly greeted by one of the owners. She informed me that her husband was the jeweler and would be there shortly. I left my wife's ring to have one of the prongs fit and the ring cleaned. I returned after breakfast and the Jeweler was there to greet me immediately. He informed me that they had quite a few orders and the ring could not be repaired for a few days. I appreciate that he let me know this up front. He did, however, say he would clean and polish it for me in a couple of hours. I agreed and left. I returned and the ring was ready to go. They did a beautiful job and come to find out that they offer this service absolutely free. I will definitely be back to get the ring repaired once my wife agrees to let it go for a few days. Very hospitable and honest. Two great qualities when you are entrusting them with very expensive items.
