  • After some initial communication issues, we got our fridge fixed last Friday. Our service tech was nice to me, but fantastic to my 5 year old answering his 5,000 questions during the repair process and patiently explaining what he was fixing. I know some other reviews are bad, and our initial experience was difficult (they had our phone number incorrect so they could not contact us and each time we corrected it by phone, they didn't correct it on their end). However, all's well that ends well in this case. My fridge is running silently and my little guy thinks he knows all there is to know about fixing it.
