  • I am now the proud owner of a Hot Springs spa purchased from Fun Outdoor Living. The main reason I purchased from Fun Outdoor is because of Andrey. I had met Andrey a couple of years ago at the Southern Living Show. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain his products. I remembered that conversation when I started to get serious about buying a spa. I visited Fun Outdoor's Pineville store and was able to speak with Andrey again. What impressed me the most is how well he knew the mechanics of the Hot Springs spa. He pointed out several features that were unique to Hot Springs compared with the competition. And then Andrey said something I really appreciated - he said to go and compare this spa with competitor spas at the other dealers in town which I did. What I found was that the Hot Springs Spas were superior from a design and construction standpoint. But what really impressed me was how much more Andrey knew about his product than the other dealers. After my purchase, Fun Outdoor worked with me on my deck construction schedule, storing the spa until I was ready for delivery. They then delivered the spa when I asked. Afterward, Andrey came to my home and helped me understand how to manage the chemicals and maintain the spa. He is a very good communicator and I feel very comfortable with the operation of my new spa thanks to him. I highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living and especially Andrey. Call them for spas and also for a complete list of other services to make your outdoors as great or greater than your indoors!
