We were pleased with almost every single person, with the exception of the front desk.
Front desk employee told us that they needed an extra hour and if we wanted to go to breakfast, it would be ready. We checked our luggage with valet, which was super friendly, and went to breakfast.
We went to eat in the restaurant in the casino area (forgot the name) and service was impeccable. The food had a very unique twist with some very interesting choices. I would definitely recommend grabbing a bite there sometime.
We went back downstairs to the front desk and were told to come back in an hour. We informed them that it had already been 2 hours since we were told an hour before. His response was simply "I'm sorry" and then he looked at us and smiled. Finally as we walked off, another guest informed us that we could register on the kiosk and it would notify us when our room was ready. Why wouldn't the front desk staff inform us of this?
The room itself was amazing beyond words. Matter of fact, I sent a Snapchat to my daughter-in-law and she jokes that my bathroom had its own bathroom lol.
Room service was very quick and delicious. I was actually surprised at how fast it was for such a large casino resort.
