Probably the best thing we did on our trip.
The instructor was awesome as they get you ready for your 'flight'. And they genuinely seem to care about your health - they were really pushing one fellow who had previous spinal/shoulder injuries to NOT to proceed.
The flight seemed too short but each of us got to float 3 times. It felt short because you are concentrating on not falling, which you totally don't need to because that's the instructors job.
