  • My review is in no way to be interpreted as a negative experience, rather an observation. The dealership is brand new, cutting edge and you can tell this is a flagship dealer and alot of money was invested here. i came in for a rather small item that would seem insignificant. I was looking for a $10.00 wiring harness to connect & power my heated vest which is typically used during the cold winter months. There I was helped by not one but 2 very helpful and friendly employees in the motor clothes area. After looking it up, they informed me that not only did they not have it in stock, neither did the other locations. and its cold outside. They kindly offered to order it for me which would require yet another trip here to pick it up. Then it dawned on me ... just order it on Amazon or Ebay and have it delivered to my door which i did despite my best effort to spend money locally and support the local economy and tax base. Upon searching online, it became apparent that Harley Davidson corporate discourages any of thier dealers to sell online with Amazon or Ebay. So i ordered it from thier corporate owned dealership in Wisconsin and had it in 2 days. Morale of the story? You cant sell it if you dont have it. What do they have you ask? This place has all kinds of overpriced t-shirts, trinkets, magnets, you name it. I cant think of any strip souvenir store that has more than Las Vegas Harley Davidson. Which leads me to believe those items ( Cause we really need those HD Poker Chips?? ) are what pay the rent here. I cant imagine selling motorcycles could compete with branded merchandise. I am hopeful to return back and spend money here and hopefully the demand was captured to trigger a stock replenishment not just here but the other stores as well. i speak on behalf of all the local motorcyclists freezing thier backside off ... lol. Im not a branded logo trinket collector by any means but when i need an item to contribute to my actual riding and ownership experience, i expect more, like paying there and having it shipped. The demise of brick & morter retailers are on the rise at record levels because they havent figured out how to compete with Ecommerce. Just an observation.
