rev:text	I have a tendency to have a bad reaction to bread preservatives, so finding out about Mediterra was a great find! I have tried their rosemary and olive oil, pecan and cranberry, and spicy cheddar breads, and have bought a loaf of rosemary and olive oil bread. They definitely put a good ratio of rosemary and olive oil to their yeast so that the rosemary aroma is strong but not overpowering, and the bread is soft, even on the outside! I absolutely love cranberries but personally am not a fan of pecans, so I was a little sad that one of their breads mixed pecans and cranberries. For those that enjoy both though, this one is definitely a bread to purchase. It's a denser bread with lots of pecans, and it has a lot of cranberries! The bread is sweetened solely by the cranberries, and does not add any additional sweetener. I definitely would have gotten this one if it weren't for the pecans too! They also have biscottis, my personal favorite. Biscottis from scratch is the best.
