  • I have purchased several plants from Moon Valley Nurseries. Very few of the plants that I received were actually the ones that I picked out: namely- the ones I was able to carry out with me were the same ones that I picked out. The three trees that I had delivered and planted were not the trees that I had picked out at the Nursery. The men who planted them told me that I was to pay extra for stakes for my trees- even though the nursery said that everything necessary was included in the first price. The men charged me an additional 50 dollars for something that should have been included- causing me to race out to get cash. On my recent visit to Moon Valley, I picked out a pomegranate tree. It was tagged with my name, I paid for it, and arranged to pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up, I was given a different tree. The problem, however, was that I didn't realize this until the tree was in my backyard and my ride was gone. According to the receipt, Moon Valley does not do returns and do not have warranties on the plants that they do not plant. The branches on the pomegranate tree are crossed, and the buds are dry and brittle (the ones on the tree that I picked out were not). I will not be going back to Moon Valley again.
