  • I decided to rate them 5 stars for the following reasons: Customer Service Representative: 5 Stars, when I initially called about my mouse problem I was freaking out, the rep on the phone was very calm and very informative. He went through the process with me, step by step and made me feel relieved. When I told him my concerns about having toddlers and pets and being worried about the traps and sprays, he assured me that it would not harm them and he then proceeded to explain the process. I was so happy on how fast it took to call, talk to someone and schedule a visit for the next day :) Service Guy: He was great, very polite and respectful. When he arrived, he was very engaging asking all sorts of questions. He was able to identify the type of vermin we had by the droppings (not mice but rats! ugh) and he explained what he was going to do and why. We signed up for them to come everymonth to ensure these pesky rats stay away.
