  • Did this with one girlfriend on a last minute whim. She had never heard of it, I had heard of it previous Halloween. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Apparently you're supposed to go with like 10ish ppl give or take. I didn't know where to find 10 adults who would be down to do this at the same time?! Lol but apparently it's fun to tag onto other groups. Except I would love to have all around great teammates because the competition to just beat the clock is enough to keep it fun and exciting. I had such a good time with my girlfriend. I feel it bonded us, and I was maybe stronger in first room.. then by the second she was killing it, crawling in dark holes and figuring out long combos. We both brought separate skill set and feel if we went again to the other room.. (we did study..) we'd kill or at least know a lot more of what to expect. I have to say, the service was something that really enhanced our already great experience. We called like 5 minutes til their last booking of night, phone operator communicated effectively with us and called us back and found a way to make it work out. Then the fun and charismatic guy at the front was SO cool and so passionate about the entire experience. He was excited for us to experience and that was really cool. Never once did they make us feel anything less than 100% welcome, even though we probably kept them an hour later than they would have been out that night. This is how I would handle it, and it felt really great to experience quality customer service like this, within this new space of live entertainment/ experiences .. as it's something that too many places don't put enough emphasis on. The 3rd and final employee we encountered was an actress and she was so amazing. So great at staying in character and helping us out in subtle ways. And the best part is they were just as excited to talk about what we did right/ wrong after it was over... they were just as enthused as we were and it was really cool meeting people enjoyed giving people like us and their other customers a quality and unforgettable experience. Have recommended to everyone and will definitely be back! Thanks!!!
