I come to this location often because it is on my way to work... I usually take the drive through just for time purposes. the staff is usually very friendly.... Not today though. First the girl taking my order had a hard time understanding me (which is fine), but the attitude that she gave me trying to understand what I said was very unnecessary. I thought maybe it was just me at first and I took her tone wrong but no, I pulled up to the window and she hands me my drink and says the name of it In a way I hadn't heard before so I say "oh I'm sorry I wanted a chi tea with soy" she looks at me and says that's what that is, rolls her eyes and shuts the widow in my face. It was early and that's not the kind of service someone wants first thing in the morning, so I called just to tell the manager about my experience... The manager was more rude than the drive through girl!!! He made excuses for her saying that the window shuts when you step away from it, okay well that doesn't change the horrible customer service I received from your employee! I thought Starbucks prided themselves on excellent customer service but I guess not this location! I probably won't return to this location, good thing there is a Starbucks on every corner!
