I've worked out with many trainers but never recieved close to the results i've seen since going to ben for only 3 weeks now!!! What i really love about him is he not only tries to help you achieve your goals (whether its fat loss or muscle building) but he also pays a lot of attention to your posture and the way you move. This has been so helpful for someone like me who spends most of my day on the computer, I've never realized just how much I hunch over or how much my shoulders round forward. He's working with me to fix these problems and strengthen the muscles that have become weak form non use and it's made such a positive change in my back and neck pain. I can't say enough good things about him, so relieved someone recommended him to me.
