I took my truck through the insurance that I currently have to get repaired and in the meantime I was able to come down to Hertz rental shop and pick out a vehicle since it's the only rental car place my insurance had available. I come down here looking for a nice big size vehicle for the family since I was riding around in a truck and I needed something of that full size for my family and I, and I was disappointed off the bat when the variety of cars this lot had was very limited in the vehicles and they basically choose the car for you. Not only that but the cars that were available were in dirty conditions and not something pleasant to be riding around especially when they're suppose to be representing a big insurance company like Statefarm. So I took a small sedan car in the meantime while the days I would get it for came up. As I came down in hopes of buying an extension but this time in a bigger vehicle, all they told me is too bad you're stuck with what you got. I asked several times for a bigger vehicle and that I would pay any differences that came across and instead of saying something at least like they're putting thought and actually care about their customers like looking in their system, all they say is "nope, everything out here is booked and we got nothing bigger at the time other than the vehicle you got." Meanwhile I see other customers being taken out to the lot and being shown the vehicles they got for rent. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care these guys got for their clients and not taking consideration for any request being asked for. If I would've known this I would've never stopped at this rental shop.
