I have been banking here for years.
While I am okay with the overall experience, in my opinion there isn't enough ATM's for in car banking. There are two stalls. It is not a rare event to arrive to a line which is five cars deep. I would like them to add another lane for ATM's.
Other than that, I have seen these tellers deal with some fairly rude customers all while remaining professional. God bless them! And people why are some of you so needlessly nasty?

The lines inside are wonderfully short!
I rather enjoy the bank, but they do not offer on hand Euro for traveling overseas. You must order Euro in advance. They do not offer coffee or lollipops as some banks do.
Honestly, so much of your experience here depends on the teller or other banking professional who assists you. Some of them will go out of their way to be helpful and keep on top of your situation. Others will go equally out of their way to nickel and dime you with fees.
It is for that reason I will give them a middle rating. There is much room for customer experience, information continuity and general improvement.
