| - I would give this place a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS if possible. There are several reviews here of this business on Yelp that are considered "Not Helpful," and the funny thing is they are all negative. Their 4+ star rating is highly misleading. Rule 1: If you have an animal emergency, and this has you upset, be sure you remember all your manners. If you ring their buzzer to be let in, and they don't respond right away, even though you have called ahead, just wait patiently for the receptionist to mosey on in at her convenience and let you in, as your pet BLEEDS IN YOUR ARMS. Rule 2: While the receptionist berates you for expecting her to do her job, smile politely and apologize for being frantically concerned about your dog. Rule 3: Expect to be told off again by the veterinarian when she comes in to talk to you about your pet''s condition. After all, rudeness is unacceptable, and the receptionist's hurt feelings are much more important than your sick animal. Rule 4: When you object to this treatment, expect to be refused service, as your still-bleeding animal is returned to you and you are instructed to go elsewhere.
At least they did provide the name of another clinic up the street. These people were professional, kind, courteous, sympathetic, capable, and did their best to reassure me that my pet would be fine. I will be reviewing them separately.
Just remember that this joke of a clinic is not the only game in town.
You could not pay me to return to Las Vegas Animal Emergency Hospital.
