  • Great location to Concord Mills, Speedway, UNC Charlotte and all major highways. Nice size apartments. Not worth the amount they charge for rent. Finishings are tacky and don't match. My family and I have lived in a 3 bd 2 bath on the 3rd floor for 2yrs now. Layout is good, wood burning fireplace, laundry provided in unit, the breezeway has only been cleaned once since we moved here. A majority of the residents are middle eastern and not always friendly, maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner and office staff a very polite. I've rambled enough but please check out the property for yourself.
