  • Friendly staff, unfortunately the past 2 times we have been in has not been the best for us. We had a lady named Janae that was stuffing both times and she did not to the whole thing with our son with hugging the heart kissing it and the whole experience. We love build a bear because it get's our son involved rather then just pushing the pedal. Kind of disappointed. This is a child's store for children to enjoy and have fun doing it. This is what has always had us coming back. I like the location due to it being 1 mile away but I will start driving back to the fashion show if need be.
