I've had a hard time trusting and finding a car dealer/garage, since moving to AZ in '12, that I can trust and not feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I wanted to get a new battery installed in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, dealer nearby quoted me $300 installed. I did my searching and found most batteries cost about $200, retail. I thought the $100 install fee was rather high after I watched a Youtube video on replacement. The battery is under the passenger seat, so it's not like replacing one under the hood. The AutoZone staff sold me a charged battery and installed it themselves in about 15 minutes! FREE! I bought some filters(engine & cabin) for my Jeep and my wife's CR-V, they had 3 of 4 in stock and ordered the other, they called less than 48 hours later saying it was in. This is definitely going to be my "GO TO" place to buy parts and accessories!
