rev:text	So when I first moved to the neighborhood I was so excited about this place. Yes they make delicious coffee beverages, their selection is awesome and the concept is fantastic. But as of lately I am beginning to think that Oh Yeah! has jumped the shark. I went in today and wanted a sugar free latte. Asked the boy who was working what kind of sugar free syrups they offered. He replied, "I don't know". Really dude? I guess that looking at the labels for 'sugar free' was too much to ask AND you should know because it's your job! He then asked what milk, after I had already told him...he was totally in lala land. He proceeds to make my drink...ok. Busts out one of the metal milk steamer pots from the fridge and starts steaming. 1. How does he even know that is the skim that I wanted 2. Shouldn't you start with FRESH milk? When asked if the milk had already been steamed once (who knows how many times really), he told me yes. That is FOUL and absolutely unacceptable! That was the last draw. I left, incredibly pissed. The place used to be great..had intelligent young people working behind the counter who actually worked. Now the place is haggard and semi dirty and it seems like there are just a bunch of hood rats who just stand around and don't have a clue what they are doing are working there now. Not to mention I have never seen one employee wash their hands after handling money, then they continue to handle food...that is so disgusting. Sorry to hate on Oh Yeah! but I think the owner needs to know these things before there is no more Oh Yeah!
