| - I was interested in leasing a vehicle. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted to negotiate the gross capitalized cost (the final price they use on the lease) with all the fees, gap insurance, and my trade-in. I understand that as a business they have to make a profit, but I specifically stated that if they couldn't do this, I totally understood but I would not lease the car. I went there and this unscrupulous dealership totally scammed me. The numbers were not adding up in my head, but it had been a long day at work and I was exhausted. They kept pointing to one part of the contract and stating that this was the number we agreed upon. I took the car and the next morning, after a good nights' sleep, I reviewed the contract. First, there was no gap insurance. Second, they tacked on items to make it $700 more than the agreed upon price. When I called them the next morning, they basically stated that since I had signed the contract, they would not remedy this. Car buying/leasing is not fun, but this was the worst experience. They were so condescending and rude!

This is an revised review. Honestly, I just need to move on. I never post anything negative on social media. I just find it energy sucking, but this experience was so horrible. The money is so not the issue. It was the way they handled this. This is so draining, so I am just over it. I will chalk it up to learning experience for myself to be more careful. Hope this review was helpful!
