  • Sorry to only give one star but Lucky Dragon you should have apologized to me and extended a credit. When I booked my room and you charged me resort fees, well I expected a resort but what I got was just a room. The casino was closed down, the restaurants were closed down, the spa closed down, the pool was closed, seriously why do you charge resort fees? It was actually a depressing stay, and when you tell me to come down to the lobby for breakfast there should actually be a breakfast! You should be ashamed, and do me a favor don't send me a message saying some BS like "we hope you give us another chance" oh hell no, I hope you actually stop robbing people, we both can keep hoping for something that's never going to happen!
