  • I drove all the way here after calling on the phone to confirm that they had a particular item. Naturally, I get here and they don't have the item and there's only two girls that were there at the time. So it had to be one of them that I spoke to on the phone. But of course neither of them remember saying they had the item. Also they were both pretty rude. When I first entered the store one girl was helping a customer and the other was doing a poor job of hiding the fact that she was texting on her phone. She didn't even bother to look up to acknowledge me. And once they were both free, they didn't ask me if I needed help just talked to each other. And when I approached them to help find the item I called about, they looked annoyed and the "texter" said they hadn't had that item in a while. I explained I had just spoken to someone 20 mins ago and they said they had the item in stock and the chick said exasperatly that she doesn't know who would have said that because they're out. Uhh...? I wouldn't ever go back here based on service alone. But also they don't have a very big or diverse selection. There's definitely better shops out there that has staff that's willing to assist you.
