  • AC went out the morning of 6/7. Got up noticed it was just blowing warm air. Put in a request through AHS (Home Warranty Company - if you don't have one, get one!) and within 2 hours received a call. They were able to come same day but I wasn't able to be there when they arrived, so scheduled for the next day early morning. Next morning received a call about 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Once they arrived, they identified the issue immediately, replaced the condenser and fan, and the AC was back blowing cold air again. Based on this, even if I didn't have a home warranty, I would not hesitate to use Doctor Cool for any heating/AC needs in Las Vegas. As an aside, I highly recommend that people in Las Vegas do an annual check-up on their units, so they are prepared for any surprises that may come up. I would recommend Doctor Cool for this service, and will use them for my annual inspection/cleaning. Highly, highly recommended.
