For the longest time I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I really liked the physical apartment, however if you have to vacate early they make it seem like it's very easy to sublease and that they will help fill your apartment but they do not. Understandably, there is a clause in the lease which states that the renter is responsible for filling the apartment.
That being said, I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I moved out early and accepted that I would be stuck in my lease for the remainder of the contract I signed. Management has since changed, and the new staff is terrible. I continue to receive emails asking me to pay rent when I have paid out my contract, and have called 3 separate times asking what I need to do to move out, as I was never asked to do a move-in checklist, despite asking, and am not there to complete a move-out checklist. I have not gotten a single call back and can't say I expect the decency of a returned deposit (I left the apartment spotless).
The discounted rent is really not worth the hassle.
