  • Dr. Brooks is a Monster and a liar. He said "We will not let your pet die over money" We told him in advance we could not pay the insane $1,000 bill and he agreed to allow us to make monthly payments. A few weeks later, our pet had congestive heart failure and we called to bring him back in and he said "We will not see you unless you pay your balance in full" and refused to treat our pet and our pet died the next morning.
