  • Gemma did my alterations for my wedding dress and the dress didn't fit. Over the span of a couple months I went in a few times for fittings along the way and when I went in for the final fitting everything fit well but she still had a few alterations to make. Then a month later I tried on the dress the day before the wedding with the bustier on that had been used for the fittings the whole time and the dress came no where close to zipping up. Once I took the bustier off it zipped and fit decently enough to wear the next day since there was no time to fix it. My mom went back in after the wedding to ask for our money back for the brand new bustier we bought from her since I couldn't wear it with the dress. Gemma refused saying she did a perfect job and we must have been trying to put on the dress wrong. She refused to give me even a little money back for the useless bustier that was never worn and refused to take any responsibility for the dress being way too small for me. We spent over $500 here getting my dress altered and I would not go back to someone with such poor customer service skills.
