  • I wish I could say "it was all gravy" but it was just a hot steamy mess. I had saved up some money and wanted to get lazer hair removal. They had a groupon/livings social so I bought and paid. I called right away to make an appointment but had to leave a message on a machine. I waited a few days with no response so I called again. Same thing. Then I faced booked them and emailed them and then called again. This was over three months. It's totally awesome when you pay someone $75 bucks up front and then you never hear from them! I tried to dispute it through groupon but never got my money back. If you want to use them just drive by and through your money out the window because that is basically what I got!
