Love love love Umiya. It's always busy, but if you have a party of 6 or more you can make a reservation. We come here regularly for the AYCE sushi even though we live in Henderson. The seating is spread out, long picnic tables and some smaller tables in the back. Not as cramped as some of the other sushi spots in town.
Sometimes it can be a little slow to get your first order in, but once it's in they are good about coming around often to ask if you need anything. Sometimes we have the same wait person and sometimes several come around. They are always pleasant no matter how busy it is.
Good menu, favorites are the green valley roll and kiss of fire. If you don't like the crab with mayo like us you can say no crab and they are very good about that.
For dessert ask to hear the sorbet flavors, these are new and not on the menu. Raspberry is my favorite!
