rev:text	Worst repair shop in town!!! Please read all reviews before choosing this to handle your items. As mentioned by others, the quality or work and customer service is severely lacking. I brought my watch here to have the crystal replaced because mine had a crack in it. The crystal had a red ring that surrounded the face. I made it very clear that I only want to have this watch repaired if it looked identical as it was brand new. I was assured this would be the case. I was also told the job would take less than 1 week.... Two weeks later I was finally called that my watch was finished. When I arrived to pick my watch up, the first thing I noticed was there was no red ring. The response I got was, "it will take at least another week to order the red ring and put it in". When I asked why it wasn't done right the first time, all I got was a shoulder shrug. I requested a discount on the job since I was going to wait even longer for the watch. That's when the poop hit the fan.... we went round and round about how it was my fault that I had a "special request" and that's why the job wasn't done correctly. The owner Raul then started flashing a wad of cash in my face saying,"I don't need your money, I have money. I am sorry if you don't " then he said, " I have dealt with people like you before". At the point I was still wondering where I was in the wrong. I wanted to be fair since they did perform some work as I am not an unfair person. We agreed on a 50% discount and I walked out with my watch. I urge everyone to use caution when having you valuables repaired here.
