  • This was my first salon experience in Cleveland. I went to Zen based on the reviews on Yelp. I was scheduled with Danielle for a hair color! I loved her so much ! I was very worried about getting a color done, she was very patient and explained everything that she'll do and how to take care of my hair after! She was very pleasant! The result was awesome . I loved the color and the hair style was cute. Everyone at Zen is sweet and nice. I would definitely go back there for touch ups and might try their other services. Thanks Danielle & the rest of the team!
