  • Spring sushi presents itself as a classic AYCE sushi spot conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto. On top of the usual sashimi and sushi rolls found on all AYCE sushi menus, their menu includes the house "Torched Series" which I found were quite delicious to eat. I also ordered a plate of sashimi as an appetizer. Some of the items I enjoyed on their menu include their baked mussels, takoyaki balls, beef ribs, and their melona bars. The service was quick and friendly. It was an enjoyable dinner.
