They are close. That is the kindest thing I can say about this Sprouts store. I now avoid it if I can and will go to the one on Southern even though it is out of my way.
What do I think is wrong with this particular sprouts? The manager. I would highly suggest to the folks that own Sprouts to really take a look at this dude and why you are keeping him in this position at this store. I have seen him be rude to employees. I have seen him be unhelpful when folks needed help. I have seen him be oblivious (bragging about an expensive gift he got himself at christmas time to a cashier who was really unhappy about having to deal with him.)
More details:
Some of the cashiers and staff are quite nice and helpful. Some just plain suck. On several occasions I've had folks that were stocking the shelves almost run me over or step out in front of me.
One time I was purchasing some chicken and the cashier (this was a good and nice one) noticed that it smelled funky. Which I appreciated. However, what was bad and funky chicken doing in the meat case?
You really have to check the dates on all sorts of items here. A number of times I've seen items that are past the pull date.
