  • 5 Months ago I brought in my vehicle for transmission flush back then Joe was there he made that place an awesome experience that was then this is now came for some transmission issues this Douche Bag Daniel claims to be Manager,Owner,and sometime tech all in one efen package (joke) was there along side some old dude both had no customer service experience what's so ever I was there form 10:42 To 2:00pm Daniel to have it inspected only this is how much I was noticed he then calls me on my cell mind you I'm sitting in that small ass waiting room all this time I pick up he proceeds to explain to me that they inspected the vehicle I (had dropped off) lmfao and that I needed to come back to the shop a.s.a.p to talk about. Lmfao so the super owner slash tech slash front office guy says that the transmission oil is still red and that they would need to replace the valve body. $280 quote he then gives me my keys I then have to look for the vehicle because he has no idea where it's parked in that big huge building they're in lol I come to find it parked on the side of the road with damage to the left rear of the van bummer the illustrious owner.manager obviously backs his employees and says they don't remember it happening there and says they never drove it off the lot lol when I seen Josh the tech take it. How else would they test the transmission of shifting issues lol Joe I hope your in a better place bro miss ya , the only thing I did notice that uber , lyft. And veyo drivers are gold to them the level of customer service they received while there was perfect lol too bad I wasn't.
