  • I was a bit skeptical because of all the good reviews - not sure if they were warranted or friends of staff. They were much warranted; although I had some misgivings in the beginning, as my appointment was scheduled for 9am and by 9:45 still hadn't seen the doctor. When I did see Dr. Williams, he was very apologetic and explained they had an emergency. I can totally understand that., but it would have been nice if someone in the front office had offered the explanation as I waited. Dr. Williams was very thorough and explained what and why he was doing, I was well pleased and will return.
