  • I've been coming to James for about 6 months now and I just realized I never posted a review! James and the team certainly deserve the kudos though, so hopefully better late than never! James knows how to deliver **consistently** great service - both in the actual work he does on my nails as well as his customer service. He asks questions to make sure he knows what I want, but also makes sure he checks in as the shaping and polishing are happening to make sure I'm still happy. I've never walked out with anything less than awesome nails, and frequently get compliments on James' designs. His team is obviously following his lead, as they are always so positive and kind. The salon (newly expanded and well appointed) is always spotless and well supplied. Sapphire Nails is by far my favorite, and the only place I will get my nails cared for.
