  • First of all, don't use Metro PCS, they are awful. If you absolutely have to, do not go to this store. It literally took this girl 2 hours to help one customer in what was a pretty basic transaction. Customers came, waited in line for 30 to 45 minutes, and left without her saying one word to them. If you're going to staff the branch with only one employee, you might want to make sure it's a competent one.
